Due to the fact many of our pieces are unique, one off items. The Little White Shop does not accept returns or exchanges.

Our products are checked thoroughly before they are packaged and sent. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item, please contact us straight away.

Our Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Services and include the below options;

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For: Aims to deliver in two to three working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Aims to deliver in 1-2 working days.
Worldwide Shipping: Aims to Deliver in 5-7 Working Days.
